Ashton-Keynes-Funeral-Bagpipes 19th Apr, 2024.

Funeral Bagpiping  today at Holy Cross Church, Ashton Keynes in North Wilts.  This was for the Funeral of a Gentleman with Scots heritage.

On approach of the mourners at the church, I played: “The Mull of Kintyre”, “Amazing Grace”, “Highland Cathedral”, “Flowers of the Forest” & “The Dark Isle”.

On conclusion of the service, I led out and to the graveside with the requested: “The Skye Boat Song”, “The Blue Bells of Scotland” & “The Northern Lights of Old Aberdeen”.

After the interment, I played: “Salute to Willie, The Royal Fendersmith” with “Queen Elizabeth II Salute”.
