A fantastic day at Canada Lodge and Lake yesterday. Bagpiping for the Wedding of Ashley & Menna. My performances started with greeting the arrival of Wedding Guests, in addition, playing a multitude of tunes. Some selected by the Groom.
A pleasure leading the Bride & Bridesmaids into the ceremony to “The Bridal March”.
For the Register Signing, the selected tunes were “The Rose (Bette Midler), as well as, “Caledonia”.
On conclusion of the ceremony, I led the newly married couple to the drinks reception & photos with “Scotland the Brave”, “The Rowan Tree”, in addition to, “Mhiari’s Wedding”
Thereafter, playing medley groups during further photos. It was also a pleasure leading the happy couple into the Wedding Breakfast to “Calon Lan” 🙂
