A pleasure yesterday evening, Bagpiping for Donnalouise a Glasgow born lady, celebrating a Special Birthday in Roath Cardiff.
As a complete surprise for family & friends, I appeared at the home address and led the group along the street to The Glory Stores Restaurant for the party. Moreover, the familiar tunes played included: “The Green Hills of Tyrol”, “The Battle’s O’er”, “Castle Dangerous”, as well as “My Land”.
Thereafter, on arrival at the restaurant I played “Scotland the Brave”, “The Rowan Tree”, along with, “The Skye Boat Song”. In addition, I played “The Mull of Kintyre” and finished with “Happy Birthday”. In conclusion, Warm Congratulations to Donnalouise 🙂
