BriwnantChapel-Thornhill-Funeral-Bagpipes 3rd June, 2026.
Funeral Bagpipes yesterday afternoon at Briwnant Chapel at Thornhill Crematorium. This was for local Welsh lady with family connections to St. Andrew’s in Scotland.
On the approach to the chapel, I played: “My Home” with “The Mist Covered Mountains”.
The Chapel Entry was to: “Amazing Grace”. During the Committal, I played the requested: “Calon Lan”.
For the Chapel Departure, I led out to the requested: “Going Home” with a “Piobaireachd” Salute.
Our Condolences to the family and friends.
