D-Day75 Remembrance-Service HayonWye, 9th June, 2019.  A visit today to St Mary’s Church, Cusop.  This was for the Royal British Legion Hay on Wye Branch #DDay75 Remembrance Service.
I Bagpiped for arriving Dignitaries, Veterans, Families & Organisations.  In addition, following the Kohima Epitaph, I played ‘The Dark Isle’ for the laying of wreaths.
In conclusion, at the end of the service I led out to the newly learnt ‘St. Patrick’s Day’ March.  This reflected some organisers’ former Irish Guards Regimental background.  A fitting service.
