Ely-Cardiff-Western-Cemetery, Funeral Bagpipes, 13th Aug 2019.  Bagpiping today at Western Cemetery for the interment of a Glasgow born gentleman with Irish connections. The main service took place in Cardiff earlier.   I escorted the cortege to the graveside to the tunes: “Danny Boy”, “When Irish Eyes are Smiling” and the “Isle of Innisfree”. Following the interment, I played “Flower of Scotland” & “Highland Cathedral”.  In conclusion, playing a Classical “Salute”.  Our condolences to the family and friends.
