Funeral-Bagpipes BarryTown Glamorgan-Crematorium, 3Sept19.  At A. G. Adams & Son Funeral Directors in Barry today.  I was Bagpiping for the Funeral of a Dunfermline (Fife), born lady.

On the approach of the cortege I played ‘Flowers of the Forest’ & the requested ‘Auld Lang Syne’.  In addition, for the chapel entry I played ‘Highland Cathedral’.  After that, I played ‘Going Home’.

I then travelled to Barry Crematorium for the interment.   After that, on the approach I led to the chapel to ‘Oft in the Stilly Night’ and ‘The Massacre of Glencoe”.  Similarly, the Chapel entry was to ‘Amazing Grace.  In conclustion, the chapel exit was to ‘Flower of Scotland, ‘Sailing’ & ‘Queen Elizabeth II Salute’.
