Funeral Bagpiping yesterday at Llwydcoed Crematorium. The service was for a Dumfries born Gentleman who had lived in Wales for some years.
On the approach, I led the cortege to the chapel to the requested: “The Skye Boat Song”, “Amazing Grace” & “The Northern Lights of Old Aberdeen”.
The Chapel Entry was to: “Flower of Scotland”. Post ceremony in the Memorial Garden, I played: “Myfanwy”, “The Mull of Kintyre” & “Land of My Fathers”.
