A return visit to St Andrew’s Church, St Andrews Major, near Dinas Powys today. Bagpiping for the Funeral of a local lady with a love of Highland Dancing.
All tunes were requested by family members. On the approach of the cortege I played: “My Home” & “The Mist Covered Mountains”.
The Church Entry was to: “Amazing Grace”.
For the Service Departure & onwards travel: the tunes were: “Sleep, Dearie Sleep”, “Salute to Willie, The Royal Fendersmith”, “Going Home” & “Queen Elizabeth II Salute” (Piobaireachd).
Our Condolences to the family & friends. Working once again with the very professional Andy & his team of Green Willow Funerals Dinas Powys Branch.
