Funeral-Bagpiping-Christchurch-Caerleon 31st May, 2024.

Funeral Bagpiping yesterday at Holy Trinity Church, near City of Newport.  On the approach of the cortege, I played Scots themed tunes.  These included: “The Mull of Kintyre” with “The Skye Boat Song”.

The family requested tune for the church entry was: “Flower of Scotland”.  For the departure: “Highland Cathedral”.

As the cortege, family & friends assembled after the service, for the crematorium departure I played: “Amazing Grace”, “Sailing”, “Ladies of the Alamo” & “The Shores of Loch Katrine”.
