Funeral-Bagpiping Glastonbury-Cemetery 10th Dec, 2020.
Bagpiping for a Funeral at Glastonbury Cemetery today. This was for a Wishaw (N. Lanarkshire) born lady with Royal Navy connections. I met the cortege at the gate house & led the cortege with “The Mull of Kintyre” & “The Skye Boat Song”. In addition, the procession continued to the gravesite to the requested “The Skye Boat Song” & “Amazing Grace”.
After the service, I played, My Heart Will Go On – The Titanic Theme, Sailing – Rod Stewart, Highland Cathedral, as well as, “Queen Elisabeth II Salute”.
Our condolences to the family & friends.
