Funeral Bagpiping Llwydcoed-Aberdare, 7th June, 2019.  My condolences to a family in Merthyr Tydfil for the funeral of a loved one yesterday. The lady originated from Glasgow.  She has also spent time in the British Army.  I played on arrival at Llwydcoed Crematorium Aberdare to ‘Going Home’ with ‘Flowers of the Forest’.   In addition, shortly before entry into the chapel I played ‘Amazing Grace’ before a Doris Day CD tune took over to enter the chapel.   In conclusion, after the service I played ‘Oft in the Stilly Night’ with ‘Queen Elizabeth II Salute’.
