Bagpiping at David L Evans & Son Funeral Director’s Chapel today near Tonypandy RhonddaValleys. This was for the Funeral of a local Gentleman with fond Edinburgh connections.
In addition, as mourners departed the ceremony they were met with the requested “Amazing Grace” & other tunes.
Thereafter, I met the cortege on their arrival at Glyntaff Crematorium and Cemetery, where I led to the chapel playing “My Home”, “The Mist Covered Mountains” & “Flower of Scotland”.
The chapel entry was a continuation of “Flower of Scotland” as requested. Then for the chapel departure, mourners heard the “The Skye Boat Song” along with “Queen Elizabeth II Salute”.
