Funeral Bagpiping at St Cadoc’s Church Llanmaes near Llantwit Major today. Bagpiping for the Funeral of a local lady, who was born with Loch Lomond Island Heritage.
For the arrival of the Funeral procession, I played “Flowers of the Forest”.
To lead into the church the family selected “The Bonny Banks of Loch Lomond”.
Following the service, I led the departure with “Amazing Grace”. Thereafter, “The Skye Boat Song”, “The Mull of Kintyre”, “The Blue Bells of Scotland”, in addition to, “Flower of Scotland”.
I continued as the cortege departed with “The Shores of Loch Katrine”, along with, “Queen Elizabeth II Salute”.
