Funeral-Bagpiping today at Thornhill Crematorium (Briwnant Chapel). This was for the Funeral of a local Gentleman with Scots parental connections & RAF history.
I led the cortege to the chapel playing “My Home”, along with, “The Mist Covered Mountains”, to reflect the RAF service.
I also played the family requested Chapel Entry tune “Amazing Grace”.
Thereafter, for the ceremony departure, I played the family requested “Going Home” & “Amazing Grace”. , As well as, my addition of a Classical Piobaireachd piece: “Queen Elizabeth II Salute”
