Funeral Bagpipes today at a client’s home address in Duffryn near Newport for the start of the procession of a local lady’s Funeral.
I played as the Cortege approached & led to the family home with the tunes: “Oft in the Stilly Night”, “Sleep, Dearie Sleep”, “The Blue Bells of Scotland”, “Myfanwy”, “The Massacre of Glencoe”, “The Shores of Loch Katrine” & “Amazing Grace”.
As the cortege with the family departed enroute to the crematorium service at Langstone, I played: “My Home”, “The Mist Covered Mountains” & “Queen Elizabeth II Salute”.
