An absolute pleasure today, to be asked to play the Bagpipes at Noon. This was for the #VEDay80 celebrations at The Grange Hospital Llanfrechfa, near Cwmbran.
As a lead up to the introduction speech & 2 minutes Silence. I played “Flowers of the Forest” & “Salute to Willie, The Royal Fendersmith”.
I then played the specific & newly learnt tune for these events. This was composed by World Renowned Bagpiper Stuart Liddle MBE and called “Celebratum”.
Thank You to Mikaela & her team for inviting us and for their hospitality
