Langstone-Crematorium Newport-Funeral Bagpipes, 2nd Jan, 2020.   Bagpiping at Langstone Crematorium, Newport today.  For the Funeral of a local gentleman with Irish connections.  I met the cortege and led to the chapel entrance to the requested “Amazing Grace”.
In addition, during the committal, there was a beautiful CD version of “Danny Boy” by Eva Cassidy.  Shortly after, I led the congregation to the flower garden to “Danny Boy”.  In conclusion, I then played “Flowers of the Forest”.  Our sincere condolences to the many many family & friends.
