Funeral Bagpipes at Langstone Vale Crematorium today, Bagpiping for the Funeral of an Ullapool Born Gentleman, with Army connections.
On the approach to the chapel entrance, I led the cortege with the family requested & Military significant “The Green Hills of Tyrol” with “The Battle’s O’er”
For the chapel entry, I played “Sleep, Dearie Sleep”.
After the service & in the Memorial garden, the tunes of choice were: “Oft in the Stilly Night”, “The Shores of Loch Katrine”, “Flower of Scotland” & “Queen Elizabeth II Salute”
