Another great day Wedding Bagpiping today, for Liam & Elyse at Lyde Court near Hereford Herefordshire 🙂
I was asked to play for arriving guests. This included many singular tunes & tune sets from my extensive repertoire. With specific requests for Welsh & Scottish to reflect the couple’s heritage.
After the ceremony, I led guests to the Drinks Reception on the upper lawn area with “The Green Hills of Tyrol”, “The Battle’s O’er”, “Mhairi’s Wedding”, “The Barren Rocks of Aden”, “Scotland the Brave” & “The Rowan Tree”.
As Liam & Elyse approached their Confetti Line, I played the requested: “Land of My Fathers”, “Flower of Scotland” and “Calon Lan”. Then continued with other tunes for the Wedding Drinks Reception & Photos.
