Morriston-Crem-Cemetery Funeral Bagpiping, 15th Jan, 2020.  Bagpiping yesterday at Morriston Crematorium & Morriston Cemetry.  This was for the Funeral of a Glasgow born local gentleman.  With a list of the family’s tune favourites, I led the cortege to the chapel to “Flowers of the Forest”.  In addition, led into the service to “Sleep Dearie, Sleep”.  As well as leading out to “Going Home”.

I then led to the graveside to requested tunes “The Green Hills of Tyrol”, “The Battle’s O’er”, “Sailing”, “The Rose” & “Amazing Grace”. In conclusion, following the interment I played the requested “Flower of Scotland”.  This was accompanied by “The Skye Boat Song” & “Queen Elizabeth II Salute”. Our condolences to the many many family & friends.
