A revisit to Thornhill Crematorium ( Thornhill Cemetery and Cardiff Crematorium) today. Bagpiping for the Funeral Service of a local Gentleman who had a love of #Bagpipes
On the approach, I led the cortege to the chapel with the requested Welsh tunes that included: “Cwm Rhondda (Guide Me O Thou Great Redeemer)”, “Myfanwy” & “Calon Lan”.
After the service and in the Memorial Garden, I played the requested “Amazing Grace”, followed by “Land of My Fathers” & “Sou Gan”.
Our Condolences to the family & many mourners.
Working once again with the very professional Charlotte & her team of Co-op Funeralcare (85 Pontywyndy Road, Caerphilly).
