A visit to Barry Registry Office Vale of Glamorgan Council today, Bagpiping for Sarah & Kevin’s Wedding. As a Surprise for arriving guests, I played many tunes that included the requested: “Flower of Scotland”, “Land of My Fathers”, “Sailing”, along with, “My Heart Will Go On” (Titanic Theme).
As the Bride arrived, the tune of choice to lead to the entrance was “The Rose”.
For the departure, there were a medley of tunes that started with “Wings”. Tunes continued for the confetti & initial photos.
Thereafter, I moved to the Barry Island Sports and Social Club to play as the Wedding Party arrived. On arrival of the newly married couple, I played & led in with “Cwm Rhondda”, “Danny Boy”, Land of My Fathers” & Flower of Scotland”.
