Wedding-Bagpipes Batch-Country-House Lee-Amy 1st Oct, 2021.
A first visit to Batch Country House near Weston Super Mare yesterday. Bagpiping for Lee & Amy’s Wedding.
Moreover, I was a complete surprise for guests and many had travelled from Scotland. In addition, I played “Mhairi’s Wedding” as the couple departed the ceremony.
As well as, a medley other tunes. These were, “Scotland the Brave, The Rowan Tree. The Green Hills of Tyrol, as well as, Colin’s Castle, and more.
After that, the couple had a hand Hand Fasting Ceremony, after which I played “Flower of Scotland”.
Thereafter, I played “sessions” of single tunes & medleys during the Drinks Reception & Photos. In conclusion, I finished with leading the happy couple into the Wedding Breakfast to “The High Road to Gairloch”.
