A thoroughly enjoyable day today, Bagpiping for Gareth & Amy’s Wedding at Ridgeway Golf Club on Caerphilly Mountain 🙂
As guests assembled, I played many tunes, both individual & tune Sets.
Tunes included the specially requested: “The Rose”, “Calon Lan”, “Cwm Rhondda”, “Land of My Fathers”, “Myfanwy” & “Flower of Scotland”.
During the Register Signing, I played: Sailing (Rod Steward), “For the Love of a Princess” & “She Moved through the Fair” (Braveheart).
To lead the Happy Couple from the ceremony, I started with “Mhairi’s Wedding”, then led into “The Barren Rocks of Aden”, “Scotland the Brave” with “The Rowan Tree”.
The sets continued during the Drinks Reception & Initial Photos.
