A lovely afternoon on Sunday, Bagpiping for the Wedding of the lovely Maggie & Gary which took place at Court Colman Manor #Bridgend
A pleasure playing for arriving guests. Leading Scots Bride Maggie, escorted by son Findlay, into the ceremony to “Highland Cathedral”.
During the Register Signing, the selected & requested tunes were: “Mull of Kintyre”, “Myfanwy” & “The Skye Boat Song”.
For the ceremony departure, the first tune out was “Mhairi’s Wedding”, followed by “The Barren Rocks of Aden”, “Scotland the Brave” & “The Rowan Tree”. Continuing with further tunes/sets as guests enjoyed Drinks & Initial Photos around the venue grounds.
Thereafter, I played a number of sessions, before leading the couple into the Wedding Breakfast with a rapturous applause to “Cwm Rhondda” & “Scotland the Brave” 🙂
