A lovely morning, Bagpiping for the Wedding of Lisa & Jonathan at Best Western Heronston Hotel, Bridgend today 🙂
Playing many tunes as guests arrived& as the Bridal Party prepared. Requested tunes included: “Flower of Scotland,” “Calon Lan” & other #Welsh tunes.
I led the Bride Lisa into the ceremony to the traditional “Bridal March”.
During the Register Signing, tunes included: “Myfanwy” and “The Skye Boat Song”.
The happy couple were then led from the ceremony to “Mhairi’s Wedding”, followed by a medley of other tunes, as I led them to the Drinks Reception.
Thereafter, I also played during the Drinks & Initial Photos, maintaining a Scots & Welsh theme.
