Warm Congratulations to Joshua & Leanne, who were married at Saint Margaret’s Church Aberaman yesterday.
It was a pleasure Bagpiping for arriving guests with a multitude of tunes.
An absolute honour leading Leanne & proud Father, with Bridesmaids & Flower Girls into the Wedding Ceremony with “Land of My Fathers”.
For the register signing I played “Calon Lan”, “Flower of Scotland” (to reflect where the couple became engaged) and “Myfanwy”.
At the end of the service, I led the happy couple from the service with “Mhairi’s Wedding” & “The Barren Rocks of Aden”.
Also playing a few further tune sets.
Thereafter, I set off to Abercwmboi Rugby Club to greet the arrival of the Wedding Party.
Then to lead Leanne & Joshua into the Wedding Breakfast, with a rapturous welcome from guests to “The High Road to Gairloch”, “Teribus” & “Cwm Rhondda”
