I played many tunes for arriving guests, many of the Gents wearing Kilts with acknowledgement to the Clan Campbell. My brief during this element was, to include: “Land of My Fathers”, “Flower of Scotland” & “Calon Lan”.
For the Ceremony, I led Bridesmaids firstly, followed by Bride Claire with proud Father to the outdoor ceremony to the requested “Highland Cathedral”.
For the Register Signing, I was asked to play; “Mhairi’s Wedding”, “Scotland the Brave” & “Myfanwy”. Thereafter, for the benefit of Grandparents, I led from the ceremony to the Drinks Reception with “The Skye Boat Song” & other tunes.
During the Drinks & Initial Photos, I continued to play around the grounds with a multitude of tunes & tune sets.
