Bagpiping today at St Illtyd’s RC Church Dowlais Merthyr Tydfil. This was for Luke & Vicky’s Wedding 🙂
I played many tunes as a Surprise for arriving guests. On the approach of the Bridal Car, I was asked to play “The Bridal March”.
During the Register Signing I played the requested: “Amazing Grace”, “Myfanwy” & “The Bonny Banks of Loch Lomond”.
After the ceremony exit, I played the requested: “Mhairi’s Wedding”, “Sailing”, “Calon Lan”, “Flower of Scotland” & “Land of My Fathers”.
Thereafter I met all guests at The Maes Manor Hotel where I played many tunes for arriving guests. Then played “The High Road to Gairloch” for the progression of the newlyweds through the Confetti Line 🙂
