Playing for arriving guests with a multitude of tune idioms & sets. Some tunes included: “Pipe Sgt John Barclay”, “Horsburgh Castle”, along with, “The Atholl Highlanders”. Requested tunes included: “Calon Lan”, as well as, “Amazing Grace”.
Following the ceremony, I played during the Drinks Reception & Initial Photographs. The tunes included: “The Heights of Dargai”, “Bathgate Highland Games”, “Hotpunch”, in addition to “Steamboat”.
For Maria’s father I also included: “Danny Boy”, “When Irish Eyes are Smiling” & “The Isle of Innisfree” 🙂
