Another fantastic day yesterday, Bagpiping for Anita & Phoebe’s Wedding, which took place at the Village Hotel Swansea 🙂
As a complete surprise for most guests, I appeared & led the Bridesmaids into the ceremony to “Highland Cathedral”.
I then led Anita into the ceremony room to “My Heart Will Go On” (Titanic), played from the room, then re-entered, leading Phoebe into the ceremony to “The Bridal March”.
During the Register Signing I played requested tunes to incorporate both family heritages. These included: “The Mull of Kintyre”, “Myfanwy” & “Danny Boy”.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, I then led the happy couple to the Drinks Reception with “Mhairi’s Wedding”, “Scotland the Brave” & “The Rowan Tree”.
Thereafter, I played many tune periods before leading into the Wedding Reception to “The High Road to Gairloch” & “Teribus”.
