I played many tunes as guests assembled. On the approach of the Bride & Chief Bridesmaid, I was asked to played “Flower of Scotland”, before leading Bride Victoria, escorted by her proud father, into the ceremony to “The Northern Lights of Old Aberdeen”.

During the Register Signing, I played a Scots / Welsh mix to reflect Victoria’s Aberdeen background and Alex’s Welsh roots. The tunes were: “Sou Gan” (a Welsh Lullaby) & “The Blue Bells of Scotland”.

I led the happy couple from the ceremony to “Mhairi’s Wedding”, followed by “Cwm Rhondda”.

Thereafter, during the drinks reception and initial photos, I again played a multitude of tunes.

To lead the happy couple into the Wedding Breakfast, I played the requested: “Calon Lan”, “The Green Hills of Tyrol” & “Scotland the Brave”.
