A revisit to Llechwen Hall Hotel today, Bagpiping for the Wedding Blessing of Hugh & Naomi. In addition, this was a Surprise for the Bride, Groom & All Guests by Mother of the Bride, Maria 🙂
I started playing as the Bride & Bridesmaids prepared in the Coach House & as guests were arriving.
After the Bridal Entrance, I played the Mother of the Bride’s requested tune “Sou Gan” (A Welsh Lullaby) to lead Hugh & Naomi to the Drinks Reception. Continuing thereafter with “Mhairi’s Wedding”, “The Barrens Rocks of Aden” & “Scotland the Brave”. This was around the grounds & for initial photographs.
Thereafter, I played a number of tune ‘sessions’ during further photos, before leading Naomi & Hugh’s Wedding Breakfast Entrance with “The High Road to Gairloch” & “Teribus”.
